2. INTRODUCTION OF NOVEMBER ELECTION CANDIDATES-
Nancy Mandilakis introduced the following candidates who had 5 minutes for a verbal presentation on ‘How would you envision working with the Chamber to build an open relationship and communication?’

Monique Ascherl, Trustee Incumbent
Russ Paintiff, Candidate for Trustee
Tom Schrader, Candidate for Trustee
Nancy read a letter from Jack Swedyk, Trustee Incumbent as he couldn’t be there due
to a personal matter.
3. APPROVAL OF June 2025 MINUTES – Vickie Getz
Jim Bialosky made the motion to accept the corrected minutes from September.
Amanda Pfahl seconded the motion - Motion Approved
4. TREASURER REPORT - Denise Klag
Denise reported that we have $37,769.81 in checking and $10,025.20 in Savings.
The chamber earned $25.20 in one month from Savings.
The Chamber made $55,528.07 for the year so far.
The Bank Statement is always available to see.
The Bank Statement is at each meeting and available for anyone who would like to see it.
5. COMMITTEE REPORTS
A. Membership: Mark Staron & Kati White (Kati will start in January)
There are still openings for this committee & they will be handling meet & greets.
Business Membership $150
Non-Profit Membership $75.00
Individual Membership $40.00
The following new members were welcomed: Exact Tool & Die, Inc., Trillium Creek Dermatology, CLE Roofing & Siding, Stallard & Associates, Inc.
B. Social Media: Christina McVey-
Membership if you want something posted on Facebook email Christina. Follow the chamber so she can see what you are posting about events, etc. Businesses and Individuals, please send her your biography so it can be posted on the website.
Most of the applications have been added to the website along with the Past Events
Page and photos. The Chamber Store is still being worked on.
C. Hinckley Greeters: Heather Liccardi –
Please bring business cards and/or information to be added to the Foster Pizza Boxes to Heather. Heather showed an example of what the greeters deliver to the homes. The Greeters visited 16 homes last month.
D. Scholarship: Laura Baciu-

F. Citizen of the Year: Melissa Augustine- No report
6. SPOTLIGHTING OUR MEMBERS
Please see Nancy Mandilakis to be put on the speaker rotation for 2026.
George Hoose with Edward Jones will be our speaker in December.
